New secret weapon for melodies Our most game changing plugin yet is finally here… LOTUS LOTUS is an analog delay / pitch shifter with hundreds of unique capabilities. If you’re trying to make your melodies more unique, you need this plugin. LOTUS perfectly replicates a famous guitar effect pedal that’s become very popular in Hip Hop and Lofi production (can you guess what it is?) The problem is, this hardware pedal is hard to get, hard to use, and is extremely expensive. Plus you can’t even save presets easily or even use it in stereo… However, LOTUS is very easy to use while keeping all the advanced features found in the hardware version, plus it’s much more affordable. This plugin is a game changer for making melodies more interesting. Put it on any loop and it instantly gives you a unique sound.

The FX Lord multi-FX unit is a sound sculpting tool like none other, sure to please even the most discerning aural marauders among you. Tired of chaining together an endless array of “experimental” plugs only to be dissapointed at the result? Sick of “multi-fx” VST that always have the same old FX from the last twenty five years? Want to have one single “go-to” VST for completely altering source material into unprecedented forms? Well then like-minded friends, NOVUZEIT made FX Lord for people like you.

FX Lord is a massively powerful multi-FX arsenal of no less than sixteen diverse FX types, all truly stereo compatible. You have your classics, like Phaser, Flanger, Reverb, Delay (including reverse delay)… but you also have new school effects, such as PsychoModulation, Glitch, Bit Crushing, and even a Granulator, not to mention a complete suite of distortion FX (including stereophonic waveshaping), as well as feedback FX such as a Comb Filter (with self-signal bleed), and even a cavernous Reverb unit. Each FX unit has its own wet/dry settings to achieve that perfect balance, or simply turn the FX units off you’re not using to save CPU usage. This galleria of FX units alone would make FX Lord mighty indeed, but the NOVUZEIT way is to always takes things a step further then expected, and thus the ModTrix.

The ModTrix takes FX Lord into a new dimension of its own, more like FX Overlord!

The ModTrix is an abbreviation for Modulation Matrix. This series of parameters controls the amount of modulation from a set of user definable modulators to the controls of user selected FX units. This means you can modulate the Flanger’s feedback settings with a pulse waveform, or sync the Glitch FX unit’s slicing frequency to a randomly resetting clock. You can have the bitdepth of the Bit Crusher FX unit rise and fall with a sinewave, or have the PitchShifter FX unit skipping octaves insanely using the impulse mix of Clock 2, etc. There are four different modulators available in the ModTrix. LFO 1, LFO 2, Clock 1, and Clock 2. All of which are extremely configurable to whatever the user desires. The ModTrix is a very powerful component of FX Lord, indeed.

Obviously FX Lord is not for everybody. For those less experienced, FX Lord will devour and confuse. However, for those true mad scientists of sound among you, FX Lord is a dream come true. Sure to bring hours of creative fulfillment never before experienced with lesser FX plug-ins. Turn a dry drumloop into a slithery percussive mutant, or a stale synthlead into a morphing warbly attention demanding deity. You’ll find that the only limit of FX Lord is your own imagination.

Voxelay is a diverse FX unit designed explicitly to enhance vocals. Traditional chorus, delay, or reverb effects are a cinch with Voxelay, thanks to its feature rich design. Yet with Voxelay’s esoteric functionality, completely unique and innovative delay effects are a prime possibility. Dub style echos, micro-burst combfiltering, soprano choirs, and much more are easily obtained. Voxelay will become the delay unit you find yourself coming back to again and again. Not only for your vocals, but possibly everything else.

Voxelay starts with not one, but five delay layers. (Each layer can be turned on or off individually to save CPU processing power.) Each delay layer has in turn five timing offsets to choose from, from “micro” to “dub”, combined with individual modulation and feedback controls as well. Each delay layer has independent pitchshifting (with LFO), stereo panning (with LFO), analog filtering, volume, and wet/dry setting parameters. Each delay layer also has an individual vowel filter for harmonic overtone enhancement. With so many parameters to choose from, each delay layer becomes its very own effect in of itself, for creating dense, intricate chorus effects… or perhaps simple vocal doubling if so desired. Beyond the five delay layers, Voxelay also offers global clipping, global volume and wet/dry parameters, and a fully stereo compatible global reverb.

With so many parameters and individual offsets, Voxelay is an extremely powerful and diverse VST. One can create an immense variety of unique delay effects very easily and intuitively with Voxelay . NOVUZEIT believes you would be hard-pressed to find a more feature rich and specializied delay unit, for vocals or otherwise.

Sidearm v1.0 VST x86 WiN

Sidearm is a flexible compressor with many options to tweak the sidechain signal for very precise control. It can perform downwards, upwards and parallel compression and limiting, in peak or RMS flavours and with lookahead if you want it. But the sidechain control is where sidearm really gets to business. Whether you choose an internal sidechain or an external audio source, you can modify the sidechain audio with a multi-mode, adjustable-slope filter (up to 96 dB/octave) and adjust the mid/side, stereo balance and gain. You can also gate the control signal so it only kicks in above a certain level. This brings a level of control that will allow you to define exactly when the compressor kicks in, by isolating specific frequencies, stereo positions and volume levels in the sidechain. There is even a ‘sidechain listen’ option so you can hear what the compressor hears in the sidechain.

Example uses could be to isolate a kick sound in a loop with a LP filter and 100% mid signal, so the compressor ducks the bass channel every kick. You can create an effective de-esser by isolating sibilance with a steep BP filter, so the compressor reduces volume at these points. The gain and gate are useful to create fast and choppy drum compression and also useful for controlling upwards compression triggers. The mix control allows mighty parallel compression, with no phasing between the wet and dry signals, for an unbeatable combination of compressed drums and preserved transients.

Not to miss out the other options that include linked/unlinked stereo detection, brickwall limiter, super fast attack and release with low frequency distortion cleaning and it just wouldn’t be a de la Mancha plugin without a dirt knob. It also has stereo level, peak and reduction metering with adjustable sensitivity.

– Multi-function compressor with tweakable sidechain and comprehensive metering.
– Flexible controls allow use as a compressor, limiter or maximiser.
– Sidechain signal can be filtered, adjusted for mid/side, stereo balance and gain for precise triggering.
– Internal or external sidechain routing.
– 6 mode filter (LP, HP, BP, notch, peak a & b) adjustable from 12 to 96 dB/Octave to isolate frequencies in the sidechain.
– Sidechain listen option – you hear what the compressor detects in the sidechain.
– Wet/Dry mix control allows blending of dry uncompressed signal for NY style parallel compression.
– Dirt knob adds saturation for subtle flavour or full-on filth.
– Attack / Release curve can be linear or non-linear.
– Stereo input detection can be linked or unlinked, with max or average level detection.
– Distortion ‘cleaning’ option for very short release times.
– Input detection can be Peak or RMS level with adjustable window.
– Optional limiting on final output.
– Look-ahead defined by user in ms.
– Metering for each band and combined output, covers stereo input, output and gain reduction with adjustable sensitivity. All meters show actual and peak levels.
– Presets covering all functions and many configurations.

Ducking, or sidechain compression, is one of the defining effects of modern music. From classic house to modern EDM, tracks by Daft Punk, Noisia and Eric Prydz ooze that pumping, ducking effect. So, whether you’re producing pumping house or broken beats, Duck delivers in seconds. Duck makes it easy to design a custom volume shape that repeats at a speed and depth of your choice, or use one of 58 presets to find new and inspiring effects. As well as sidechain compression Duck is capable of trance-gating, tremolo and any other volume effect you can think of. For more control, enable split band mode and adjust the separate low and high frequency controls. And Duck can be triggered with audio from a sidechain input or by MIDI notes, making it easier than ever for hip-hop and bass music producers.

Why You Need Duck:
– Instant sidechain pumping as soon as you load the plugin
– Cleaner, louder and more exciting mixes
– Choose from 8 preset curves or 58 creative and useful Duck patches
– Draw your own curves and rhythms to use now, or save them later
– Set the overall pump, or apply to low and high bands with adjustable crossover
– Run Duck in Repeat mode, or use sidechained audio or MIDI signals to trigger
– Smoothing control to remove clicks: including super-accurate pre-smoothing algorithm when in LFO mode
– Run on individual tracks, groups or your master bus for different pump effects
– Low CPU usage means you can run Duck on loads of tracks
– Mac and Windows: VST/AU/AAX plugin.

New in version 1.3:
– With Grouping, you can put as many iterations of Duck as you like in up to four groups (A, B, C and D) and edit curve shapes across all Ducks simultaneously.
– Use MIDI Filtering so Duck is only triggered by MIDI notes in set range. This makes it simpler to duck bass to a kick drum that’s part of a larger MIDI drum kit part.
– You can now fine-tune the crossover point between high and low bands with Band Soloing, which helps to audition how the split sounds at different points

The Resonance of Early Electronic Music

Gong Amp takes an exciting experimental amplifier from the beginnings of electronic music to the plugin world of today. In 1932, Maurice Martenot was looking for a way to make his groundbreaking proto-synthesizer “Ondes” audible beyond what could be archived with the horns and loudspeakers of the time. He developed a set of “diffuseurs”, of which the “Métallique” was one. Instead of a paper cone or horn, Martenot put a gong behind the amplifier circuitry. This seemingly simple idea resulted in resonances and brilliant overtones that excite audiences to this day.

In 2011, the French company Eowave took inspiration from Martenot’s invention and made their own version, the Resonator Metallik. When we heard what our friend, Berlin composer Hainbach, did with this rare and discontinued amplifier, we knew this sound needed to be available to more than a select few. So we made Gong Amp, our third collaboration with Hainbach since Motors and Wires. Using a complex mixture of convolution processing, physical modeling, and feedback systems, we created an instrument that is true to the responsiveness of the original and even transcends it in terms of sound design possibilities.

Complexer 2 is a multi-stage dynamics processor, featuring three independently controlled dynamics processors, each with a choice of six different modes. Each of the three processors can be configured as an upward or downward compressor, an upward or downward expander, a limiter, or a gate. Complexer 2 offers four different arrangements for processing: serial/parallel chaining, stereo, mid/side, and multiband. Complexer 2 is a dynamics powerhouse, letting you take complete control of your track.

Three Processors – Six Modes
Complexer 2 features three independently controlled dynamics processors, each with a choice of six different modes: Upward and downward compressors, upward and downward expanders, a limiter, and a gate. Each of the three stages can be processed in a variety of different configurations, including parallel chaining, stereo and mid/side, and multiband.

Dynamics Chaining
Complexer 2 lets you run the three dynamic processers through a configurable chain. You can have all three in series, or run two in parallel with the third either before or after.

Full Control
Each of the processors feature a vast amount of control. Along with the familiar attack, hold and release, each processor has an advanced lookahead section to capture peaks ahead of time. There are also three detection modes: peak, RMS and average. Peak is perfect for limiting, and RMS allows smooth detection – great for compression. Each processor can also be controlled via an external sidechain.

With Complexer 2, you can run each of the processors in their own adjustable frequency band. Not limited to just compression, you can also do multi-band limiting, expanding, and gating, allowing effects ranging from mixing and mastering applications, to creative effects.

Mid/Side and Stereo
There are two seperate modes specifically for stereo dynamics processing – mid/side, and stereo. In stereo mode, you can process the left and right channels independently, and in mid/side mode, you can apply different dynamics to the mid or side channels of the audio.
